Gee, any straight guy would tell you that its more so the tits! I seem to agree, I do consider the breasts the most feminine part of a woman. But I see the question is really about, "what is more sign of femininity," to really get technical its more of a vision of an icon or tag, or label if you will to generalize boobs as the sign of femininity, although, contrary to that is bubble butt. See, i see it as a battle of two things of the same thing, its either luke warm or room temperature water! If I had a say in a poll question I would check breasts, that being the most female thing you can have on your body that justifies in the outside world as being a female, or an ultimate sign of femininity. I don't mean to ramble, but I can see how bubble butt can be feminine! But to me, I love breasts, I love em' on others, and would love it on me!
